# Ares-install ERR! \[ssh exec failure\]: All configured authentication methods failed

Hi,

I’m facing an issue when I install the package, “ares-install ERR! [ssh exec failure]: All configured authentication methods failed”. I restarted dev mode, my keyserver is enabled. Still the same issue. Can someone help?  
OS - webOS\_TV\_CLI\_win\_1.12.4-j27

Please follow the steps in [App Testing with Developer Mode App](https://webostv.developer.lge.com/develop/getting-started/developer-mode-app) strictly. You don’t need to enter passphrase/privatekey when adding your TV. Thank you.
