# Cannot ssh to webOS after getting certificate through Ares

Having issues connecting to my webo3 tv. Have been through CLI set up process. Grabbed certificate, but authentication suceeds, but i get error sayin 'PTY allocation request failed on channel 0.

Any ideas how to overcome this?

Please follow the steps in [App Testing with Developer Mode App](https://webostv.developer.lge.com/develop/getting-started/developer-mode-app) strictly. You must enter **prisoner** as the ssh user with no password. Thank you.
