# Developer Mode Sign in

Hi I have created a developer account, I am trying to use those credentials to sign into the Developer mode application on the TV but I am unable. Please can you advise.

Have you checked the Show password? If the problem persists, please send the following to [developer@lge.com](mailto:developer@lge.com):

- Special characters used in your password:

- TV model name: (You can check this in the Settings \> Support \> TV Information menu.)

- TV software version: (You can check this in the Settings \> Support \> Software Update menu.)

- webOS TV version: (You can check this in the Settings \> Support \> TV Information menu.)

- Region:
