# Error when trying to install webOS simulator

Hi,

I’m, having issues with downloading the webos26 simulator for mac. Every time I click to install it, I see the below:  
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading [webostv.developer.lge.com](http://webostv.developer.lge.com) (see the browser console for more information).

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this too but hope someone could help!
