I have a new TV 28TQ515S.AEU with webOS22 version 03.33.85 and I exeperience grave HDMI tearing on both HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports when connecting any PC/Laptop with any cable of any length and watching movies or videoclips. The GPU v-SYNC ON/OFF has no effect and forcing refresh rate change has no effect either.

It is so bad that the TV become unusable. And it is a TV-MONITOR badged, is very annoying, and the tearing IS NOT in Games ! If you do not know what tearing is, there is an upper portion of the image delayed, a horizontal delimitation line which moves slowly to the bottom, dissapears and after a while it appears again on top.

I think it is a problem with the latest update or a special setting to use the v-SYNC signal or a buffer-something. It does not appear on NON-SMART LG TVs !

PLEASE HELP !!
