# Help gaining access to an existing dev account.

We have an existing app (Nosey) under an existing developer account (noseylg). We need to make updates to the app but due to staffing changes we no longer know the creds to login to the developer account. We also don’t know what email is connected to the account so we’ve been unable to use “forgot password”. Can someone help recover the account?
