# Is webOS 4.0 the same as webOS TV 4.0?

Hi,  
Im going to develop in this device, which I dont have physically yet:

Here says that it is LG **webOS 4.0** Smart Signage Platform  
The developer documentation says that **webOS TV 4.0** uses a very very very old version of nodejs  
My questions are  
Is **webOS** the same as **webOS TV**  
If not: what nodejs version uses this device?
