# Simulator error

Hello.  
Can you help me resolve below problem?

whenever executing simulator (webOS\_TV\_23\_Simulator\_1.3.0.exe), below error popup is shown.  
It had worked without problem few days ago.  
as a additional inform, recently i have tried to seup webOS OSE dev env.  
(ex: install virtual box, install python3.11)

If you can open the simulator window, please go to `Action` menu and click `Database Reset` and restart. If you can’t open it, please remove the cache directory directly at:  
C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\webOS TV 23 Simulator
