# 앱 종료 팝업 제어 불가 관련

안녕하세요.

현재 앱 심사 과정에서 뒤로가기 버튼으로 호출되는 앱 종료 팝업이 정상 동작하지 않는 문제로 심사가 거절되고 있습니다. 플랫폼 차원의 확인이 필요하여 문의드립니다.

[구현 방식]  
뒤로가기 시 webOS.platformBack()을 호출하여 OS 기본 종료 팝업을 표시하고 있습니다.

[현상]

- 스탠바이미 1 (webOS 24): 문제 없음. 동일한 코드로 심사 통과 및 배포 완료
- 스탠바이미 2 (webOS 26): 아래 현상 발생  
· 종료 팝업이 뜨지 않고 앱이 바로 종료됨  
· 팝업이 뜨더라도 리모컨으로 예/아니오 포커스 및 선택이 되지 않음
- LG 자사 앱([앱 이름])에서도 스탠바이미 2에서 동일 현상 확인

기존에 심사를 통과하여 배포된 앱과 종료 처리 코드가 동일하며, 팝업은 OS가 직접 표시하는 것이라 앱에서 제어할 수 있는 부분이 없습니다. 개발자 포럼과 가이드 문서에도 관련 내용이 없는 것을 확인했습니다.

webOS 26의 플랫폼 이슈인지 확인 부탁드립니다.

Sorry for the late reply.  
According to the LG Seller Lounge QA team, this issue occurs only in your app and has not been reproduced in other apps. If further investigation is required, please send the exact name of the LG app occuring the issue and a video showing the issue to [developer@lge.com](mailto:developer@lge.com). For your information, since this is a minor issue, the app will not be rejected for this reason. You can submit the app without fixing it.
