I installed the CLI tool as per the instructions for Windows (I’m using Windows 11 Pro).

However when I go to run.

```auto
$ ares -V
```

It returns

```auto
'ares' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
```

```auto
echo %LG_WEBOS_TV_SDK_HOME%
```

Returns the correct directory path which I place the CLI folder from the zip file underneath.

I had followed all the CMD prompts for installation and they reported as successful.

Any help welcomed on this matter.

The CLI directory must be located under the webOS\_TV\_SDK directory. Please check the example of environment variable LG\_WEBOS\_TV\_SDK\_HOME and file tree [here](https://webostv.developer.lge.com/develop/tools/cli-installation#step4). Thank you.
