# Webos player selection and permission issues

luna://com.webos.applicationManager/getForegroundAppInfo The call requires SAM to be used, but I am using luna://com.webos.media/load When loading media resources, I need to retrieve the windowId from getForegroundAppInfo. What do I need to do to obtain it? Or, does webos LG have a player similar to tizen avplay that can seamlessly switch between video and audio? Thank you

So may I ask which player I need to use to decode videos in webos LG TV and seamlessly switch between audio and subtitles? Thank you for your answer

We cannot recommend specific 3rd party players. As you may know, webOS TV uses different web engines depending on the webOS version. So please check compatibility with the [web engine](https://webostv.developer.lge.com/develop/specifications/web-api-and-web-engine#web-engine) first. Thank you.
