App disappeared from the store

I’m having problems. After publishing the “Maricá Filmes” app a few weeks later, it disappears from the store.

It appears in the search field, but when I select it, it says “This page is not available”.

I don’t know what to do, the LG Seller Lounge says there’s no problem.

Could you help me, I don’t know what to do.
