We have an existing LG webOS application registered under App ID: com.bcn.tvapp.
During submission of the updated NELEN application, LG Seller Lounge displayed/submitted the app under com.bheem.tv.app. We did not intentionally change the App ID from our side.
We raised this concern with the LG team on 7 August 2026, but have not yet received clarification. After approximately six weeks of QA review, the app was rejected due to an App ID mismatch and UX documentation-related observations.
We would like to continue the updated NELEN application under the existing com.bcn.tvapp App ID.
Could the webOS team please advise:
- Why the App ID changed during submission?
- Whether the existing com.bcn.tvapp can be retained for the NELEN update?
- What is the correct process to resubmit the application under the original App ID?
