Can <video> and <audio> tags play together?

I use enact js and when playing the video modal component appears with audio, after it the video stop playing and i see a black screen with a modal component which includes audio, after closing the modal component video continue playing, can i resolve it? Can video and audio play together?

Sorry for the late reply. In the webOS TV app, playing two or more media is not supported. Only one video or audio can be played at a time. If you want to play background music, you can use the Web Audio API. For more information, please refer to Multi-Sound Playback. Thank you.
