Developer Mode not available in Indian LG Content Store

I can’t find the Developer Mode app in Indian LG Content Store. Is there any way to access it?
Also, I can’t find the search option in store.

Please check your TV model name first. Some TVs do not support app testing feature. Thank you.

The model number is LG 43lh576t.

The LH57 model is based on NetCast, not webOS. And this model does not support app testing feature. (See Smart TV (LH57) vs. NetCast.) Thank you.
