Permission denied to install anything through webOS dev manager

I wanted to install apps like Moonlight, Kodi and Homebrew Channel to my webOS TV. This is some permission issue that I am facing.

Problem:

After successful connection from my PC to the TV through webOS dev manager, I am not able to install any Apps through it. For that matter, I am not even to able to create testfiles through commands like “touch testfile” when in the /media/developer directory

The exact error I get when trying to install anything:
Failed to open remote file: /tmp/devman_dl_<file_number>.ipk for writing: permission denied

Example:
Failed to open remote file: /tmp/devman_dl_1780493671784.ipk for writing: permission denied

The permission denied error is present when trying to create testfiles in any directory at all

I want to know whether this is some new updated policy which restricts users, even in dev mode, when it comes to installing Applications of our desire. If so, do let me know from what timeline this policy has come into picture

Thanks

webOS Dev Manager is not a tool we provide. For questions about webOS Dev Manager, please contact webOS Dev Manager support. As the Developer Mode app is for app testing, you cannot use it for permanent use of your app. You can install webOS TV apps only from the LG Content Store. Thank you.

Stesso problema anche io, tu hai risolto?
