I have a question about App Self Checklist ::: LG | webOS TV Developer ::: App Self Checklist item 13. LockUp/LatchUp

Can anyone, please, explain what does it mean and what exactly I need to check in my application.

The item 13, 14 mean that the app should start without any disruptions. If your app is launched normally, you can check them as pass. Thank you.
