Hello Team,
We are facing an issue with our webOS application after installing it from the LG Content Store.
The application shows the following error:
“Unable to Load - File or directory cannot be found. Please contact content provider.”
Error Code: -6
However, when we sideload the same application package on the TV using Developer Mode, the application works properly without any issues.
We would like to understand:

What does Error Code -6 mean?

Why would the app work correctly when sideloaded but fail when installed from the LG Content Store?

Could this be related to application packaging, resource paths, hosted content, CDN access, or LG’s app distribution process?
Attached is a screenshot of the error.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
