I’m experiencing an issue while trying to install the Developer Mode app on my LG Smart TV (model: UP7500PVG, webOS version: 6.4.0-22).
Here’s what happens:
- I locate the Developer Mode app in the LG Content Store.
- When I click “Install,” the app begins to download.
- After about a minute, the process fails with the message: “Cannot install. Try again.”
What I’ve Tried:
- Confirmed there is sufficient internal storage available.
- Verified my internet connection (strong and stable Wi-Fi signal).
- Restarted the TV multiple times.
- Checked for firmware updates (my TV is already on the latest version).
Despite these steps, I still can’t get the app to install.
Request for Help:
- Has anyone else encountered this issue with the Developer Mode app?
- Are there any known workarounds or solutions to fix this problem?
- Could it be related to the app itself or my specific TV model/software version?
