Daily “Unable to Load” Error in WebOS App at Specific Time Window (11:00–12:30)

We are experiencing a consistent issue with our LG WebOS application where the app displays an “Unable to Load – This may be a temporary issue. Please try again later.” error message.

This issue occurs every day between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM, and only affects our app (other apps on the same TV work fine during this time).

What is the reason for this and please provide a suitable solution
