Font rendering issue

Hello,

I see that certain characters appear broken only on TVs, while they display correctly on the web, as shown in the image on the right. The text “┌(=^‥^=)┘/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ✿/ᐠ ᵒ̴̶̷̥ ᆽᵒ̴̶̷̥ ᐟ\ノ ฅ•ω•ฅ ~(=^・ω・^)ヘ >゚)))彡” was entered, and you have tested it with the “Roboto,” “Noto,” and TV system fonts, but the same issue occurred.

To resolve this font rendering issue, how can it be addressed?

Please share with us the following:

  • TV model name: (You can check this in the Settings > General > About This TV.)
  • TV software version:
  • webOS TV version: (This can be found when you click the TV model name in the About This TV menu.)
  • Region:

TV model name : 55UQ8000PSC
TV software version: 03.30.72
webOS TV version: 7.30.-2407 (mullet-mebbin)
Region: i don’t know what this means. I’m in South Korea, but my device’s country is vietnam.
Because this device is for Southeast Asia, I cannot select Korea.

Sorry for the late reply. The three fonts above do not support the U+1420/U+141F. Please try with a different font. We checked that it is displayed correctly with Gadugi and Para font. Thank you.
