How to control TV over HTTP or WS

I need to control LG TVs from my external node.js server, but cannot find any docs how to achieve this.

By control i mean turn on/off TV, setting desire volume, installing available channel list etc. Generally all actions that hotels needs to control their TVs.

I will be thankful for supporting me with any docs like for example Philips has to control their TVs (JAPIT).
