Turn off - Turn On WEB OS LG TV remotely

Dear community,

I am making an React JS web application that will allow to communicate remotely with big LG TV in waiting room.

Some of our customers will have around 6 to 12 TV in their different waiting room, for that reason, I am wondering if it’s possible to:

  • Switch on / Switch off the different TV remotely (maybe with Wake On Lan)
  • make a script that would allow the following action after startup:
  • - Launch the Browser

  • - Go to a certain URL (and automate the sign in process in our application with login/pwd)

Currently, no API is provided to turn the TV on or off. If there are any updates, we will let you know via our website. Thank you.
