My application cannot read a 20mb txt file

I am writing an application for LG TV. The application that works on the simulator does not work on the TV. It cannot read a 20 MB txt formatted HTML file located on a server on the same network. When I reduce the file size to 1 MB, it reads. I don’t know what the problem is. Thank you to those who will help.

There is no problem in mobile browser. It immediately opens the html file with txt content in my 20 mb size.
