Video playing issue

Hi. Our clients report problems with video playback on LH series TV (43LH630V-ZJ, 43LH615V-ZE, 49LH615V-ZE, 55LH615V-ZE), firmware 05.60.15, WebOS 3.4.0. in our Player application which can be downloaded from LG Content Store (hosted application).
The issue described by our Clients: long content loading, after 1-2 second after video is loaded, black screen apears,

We do not repeat problems.
