TrueVisions NOW app not visible in LG Content Store for specific 2020-2021 models

Dear LG Developer Support Team,

I am writing to request a technical investigation regarding our application, “TrueVisions NOW” We have received numerous reports from users who are unable to find or download the app on the LG Content Store despite using supported regions.

Previously, I contacted the LG Seller Lounge, and they directed me to this forum for further technical assistance.

The application does not appear in search results on the following TV models:

  • 50NANO75TPA (2021 Model)

  • UN7200PTF (2020 Model)

  • 55NANO86TPA (2021 Model)

  • 55NANO091TNa (2020 Model)

  • 50NANO080 (2020 Model)

  • 55UP7750PTB (2021 Model)

Could you please assist with the following:

  1. Verify if our App TrueVisions NOW is currently restricted or blocked for the webOS versions running on these specific models.

  2. Check if there are any specific firmware requirements or region-based technical blocks preventing these models from accessing the app.

We look forward to your guidance on how to resolve this visibility issue for our users.
