Trying to upload a web application

I’m trying to solve a problem with a web dashboard running on my LG TV (model 55UA8550PSA). If the browser is left open without interaction for about 30 minutes, the TV switches to the screensaver, which interrupts the dashboard display.

To work around this, I’m trying to deploy the dashboard as an IFrame app instead of using the browser directly. However, I can’t connect to the TV using Ares-CLI — I get the error “All configured authentication methods failed”.

In the LG Developer Mode app on the TV, only the Passphrase and IP address are shown; there’s no PIN or additional key displayed. Could you help me identify what authentication method Ares-CLI expects in this case, or how to properly generate the required key/passphrase pair for the connection?

On webOS TV, the screensaver always works except while playing a video in full screen. Therefore, you cannot avoid the screensaver in a web app either. You can refer to Screensaver. webOS TV is a consumer TV and is inappropriate for the purpose of displaying. If you need that feature, please consider LG commercial display. There are 2 types: webOS Signage and Pro:Centric. Thank you.
