App fail on TV LG

Hi,
We have our app deploy on LG TVs it is called Zapi (streaming app to see live channels).

Hi people, a customer has this LG TV OLED65G26LA.
He told us that when he see the live tv channels the TV shows the channels in black and he cannot see nothing.

Do you know why happen this?
