Hello LG Support,
We are currently installing our IQTV interactive system on LG 32LK672MBUC hospital TVs and need assistance with one specific Pillow Speaker issue.
All Pillow Speaker buttons work correctly except RETURN/BACK and HOME.
The RETURN button appears to be interpreted by the TV as EXIT (Hex 5B), which webOS does not pass to our third-party application. However, the BACK button from a standard LG remote works correctly with IQTV.
Is there any Installer Menu, Hospital Mode, Pro, PTC, firmware, or other internal LG configuration that can make the Pillow Speaker RETURN button behave like the standard LG BACK/RETURN button instead of EXIT?
Since this project is already being installed, we are looking for a TV configuration or software solution without replacing the Pillow Speakers or adding hardware.
If necessary, please escalate this question to the LG Hospitality / Pro engineering team.
