All CLI download links broken

I’ve tried to download the CLI from this page : CLI Installation | webOS TV Developer

Pop-up window appears asking for agreement to the terms and conditions. Clicking the Download button does nothing but close the pop-up. I’ve tried this on multiple browsers and on both Linux and MacOS. Same result. This occurs with all of the download links : Windows, Linux, and MacOS.

We have checked the CLI download page, but did not find any problems. It could be a temporary problem. Please delete cache and cookies from your browser and try again. If the problem persists, please try it on a different PC. Thank you.
