Developer mode problem

It’s back again. I have tried signing in from the website mentioned by the @narae0.kim in the post above me, but the situation is still the same. Restarted my TV, reinstalled the app and changed the password, nothing is making a difference. I am from India.

Also seeing the issue again. I pinged support developer@lge.com for assistance. After I login on the web as it says it doesn’t work on developer mode.

I’ve got this error for the first time. I’ve been logged out and can’t get back in.

I’m now also affected by this. My geo location is UK. Could someone from developer relations please give an update on what is happening. This is, understandably, impacting development.

  • signed out
  • signed back in
  • had to create a nick
  • did so
  • signed out
  • signed in
  • I still can’t log in to the developer tools app on either of my LG devices.

i cant login my account too, jeez why lg developer mode auto log off every single time…

Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to some technical issues arising from the enhanced security procedures, there is a disruption in using the service.
As a temporary solution, you can resolve this issue by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the following link: https://developer.lge.com/apptest/retrieveApptestList.dev
  2. On the login screen, log in.
  3. On the unlock screen, enter your password to unlock.
  4. Reconnect to the Developer Mode App.

Hey @narae0.kim I am facing this issue even after trying steps you mention. Can you help me fixing this issue, this is already lagging me in priority work please?

Steps I followed

  1. Navigate to site SIGN IN | LG Account
  2. Sign in with WebOS credentials (initially there was asked for password change, I did that)
  3. Sign in to Developer Mode with User ID & pass
  4. Still observed same error.

Fellas, last solution from kim worked for me. Go to ::: LG Developer :::
it just seems like we brewed a little too much (or too less?) and our account got locked due to inactivity. just unlock it :wink:
