requestLogin error - Developer mode app

Hello
I have a LG 24TL510S, I installed the developer mode app from the LG Content Store.
I can’t login in the developper mode application with my LG account.
I get the message “Try again requestLogin error”.
I’ve tried with different LG accounts, which works fine on other TVs.

Same here - very frustrating as I’ve used developer mode for years on my TV.

Model LM6370PLA, device location matches user location (FR), I updated the password, tried the various tricks suggested in the forum.

I have work to do!

I am having the same problem, the app uninstalled alone and know is asking for password again e not working even after I reseting the password, reinstalling the app, etc.

I have the same error, already tried to change my user name but it leads nowhere. Can you please provide some support?

Same here, it was all working fine until today. I pretty much reinstalled everything, changed passwords, re-accepted agreements, etc. I’m getting the same error

I have the same issue. My tv is location locked to Hong Kong, but I’m in Nigeria, however that could not be the issue because I was able to login and use Developer Mode a few days ago. I’ve reset the tv, used a different account, used different router, used mobile hotspot, changed the dns setting, changed location setting, none of these worked

@narae0.kim thanks for the quick reaction, but now it is saying that my user ID does not exist :smiley:

User and device are in France in my case.

The login credentials for the Developer Mode app are the same as those for the webOS TV Developer website. Please make sure you have entered your email address including the domain. Thank you.

I’ve used the same credentials I’ve been using for years (and which I use in this forum). One day I started getting the “requestLogin error” and now it’s saying this user doesn’t exist.

Please share your email ID and screenshot to developer@lge.com. Thank you.
