Developer mode "Request Login Error"

Hello , Developer

I created webOS Developer account and installed Dev Tool app from LG store on TV and when I try to log in App I get the following error.

“request login error” Help me to fix this error

The login credentials for the Developer Mode app are the same as those for the webOS TV Developer website. Please make sure you have entered your email address including the domain. Thank you.

I checked my credentials many times , still shows same error

To check the issue, we need more information. Can you send the following information to developer@lge.com?

- Special characters used in your password:

- TV model name: LM560BPTC

- TV software version: 05.40.97

- webOS TV version: (You can check this in the About This TV > TV Information menu.)

- Region:

Can you please check if you can log in at https://developer.lge.com/apptest/retrieveApptestList.dev?

After logging in, please try logging into the Developer Mode app again. Thank you.
