How to query for TV info using SNMP?

The LG 55’’ UT672M Series Hospital TV product page (SPECS tab) states that SNMP is supported.

How do I get information on using SNMP to query these TVs? I am interested to find out what I can get from SNMP queries (read-only). But I cannot seem to find any documentation at all.
