Hyper hdr or hyperion or alternative in core sdk

Hello,
would it be possible to include something like hyper hdr or hyperion in core sdk? It would ease the creation of some custom ambient lightning. Or is there any alternative which doesn’t require rooting the TV (which might not be possible in new versions)?
