I live in Singapore, but when I created my account it states I'm in USA. I can't login to the TV

I’m an American, but I’m a PR in Singapore and live in Singapore permanently.

When I created my LG account it states I’m US, but my TV region is set to Singapore because I live here.

I get this error message when I try to log in on the TV.

'This email cannot be used as it differs from the service country setting on the device. Change the service country settings or create a new account to proceed. E/MS 001/406/MS.001.03

As far as we know, there is no way to change the country of LG account. You can delete your LG account and sign up again as follows:

  1. Go to https://lgemembers.com.

  2. Change the country setting in the upper right corner of the login page to the country you seleted when signning up.

  3. Sign in and click [Profile] > [Account info] and enter your password again.

  4. Click [Account Withdrawal].

  5. Go to https://webostv.developer.lge.com/login and sign up again.
