Simulator error

Hello.
Can you help me resolve below problem?

whenever executing simulator (webOS_TV_23_Simulator_1.3.0.exe), below error popup is shown.
It had worked without problem few days ago.
as a additional inform, recently i have tried to seup webOS OSE dev env.
(ex: install virtual box, install python3.11)

If you can open the simulator window, please go to Action menu and click Database Reset and restart. If you can’t open it, please remove the cache directory directly at:
C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\webOS TV 23 Simulator
