Stuttering Dash DRM livestreaming video on WebOS 3.x

Hello WebOS community, we are facing a stuttering problem when streaming Dash DRM. We have found that this stuttering issue only occurs on WebOS 3.x, which is from LG 2017. I have also asked the Shaka Player contributors, but they suggested asking the webOS Community because they have limited device resources (Stuttering Dash DRM livestreaming video on WebOS 3.x · Issue #6321 · shaka-project/shaka-player · GitHub).

Here is the information about the livestreaming:

  • Dash manifest, DRM
  • Video codecs: avc1.64081f
  • Audio codecs: mp4a.40.2
  • Segment format: m4s

this stuttering issue only happen after 1-2 seconds playing

Does anyone have suggestions or solutions for resolving this stuttering problem during streaming?

Please check Streaming Protocol and DRM and AV Format on webOS TV 3.0, and AV Format on webOS TV 3.5.
And please make sure your media meets the specifications.
