Situation:
Our client operates a significant fleet of Samsung AU series televisions running our IPTV application. We have developed a new AirPlay integration feature that requires firmware version 2230 to function properly on these devices.
Current Status:
- We have successfully tested the firmware upgrade (v2230) on a limited number of units with no issues
- The client’s full deployment consists of a large number of Samsung AU TVs
- Manual upgrade across all units would be extremely resource-intensive and time-consuming
