I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to install Skype using a USB but it seems we can not download 3rd party app(side loading)? Is there any plan for LG to support Skype or any other app like zoom to be installed from the WebOS app store? Currently there is no way to do video calls from the TV itself without screen sharing or casting. TVs obliviously have the processing capabilities and a simple external camera via HDMI or USB post should be enough to get video and audio inputs for video calls. Its unfortunate that LG does not support any apps and hopefully they will in the future.
