WP600 WebOS Box – Screenshot Capture Fails While Working on Other webOS Models

I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the WP600 WebOS Box.

We are currently unable to capture screenshots from our CMS portal using the WP600. We have confirmed that this feature works correctly on other models, including the UL3J, UM5N, and UH5J. Additionally, the screenshot function works as expected on Android and Windows devices.

We have verified that the firmware, WebOS, and Micom versions are all updated to the latest versions and are consistent across our devices. Despite this, we are still unable to resolve the issue with the WP600.

Could you please provide support for this matter and explain why the screenshot functionality is not working on this specific model?
