How to support WebOS3.5 and WebOS3.0

I have a hosted web app for LG WebOS TV.
I am using plain Javascript and JQuery and HTML5

The webostv.js version, I am referencing is webOSTVjs-1.2.7/webOSTV.js and webOSTVjs-1.2.7/webOSTV-dev.js

The jquery version
1.10.2/jquery.min.js
1.8.5/jquery-ui.min.js
3.3.2/jquery-confirm.min.js

My app works on WebOS4.0 and above.

My app does not work on WebOS 3.5 and below

webOS TV 3.x uses Chromium 38. Please check compatibility. Thank you.
