How to run WebOS CLI in Mac

I downloaded webOS_SDK_TV installer in my mac and used webOS CLI.
My system got crashed couple of weeks before. so I needed to reinstall everything from scratch. But now I didn’t see webOS_SDK_TV installer is available anywhere. So I installed webOS CLI using npm and worked. But if am run ares -V command, I got command not found msg after I exit the terminal and reopen. How to run webOS CLI ? Do I need to install every time? Any help is appreciated
