WebOS CLI installation verification (fail)

I installed the CLI tool as per the instructions for Windows (I’m using Windows 11 Pro).

However when I go to run.

$ ares -V

It returns

'ares' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

echo %LG_WEBOS_TV_SDK_HOME%

Returns the correct directory path which I place the CLI folder from the zip file underneath.

I had followed all the CMD prompts for installation and they reported as successful.

Any help welcomed on this matter.

The CLI directory must be located under the webOS_TV_SDK directory. Please check the example of environment variable LG_WEBOS_TV_SDK_HOME and file tree here. Thank you.
